Add or claim your roastery on Cophi.
Cophi is a discovery platform for independent Australian specialty coffee. If you roast here — or you're an authorised representative of a roastery that does — you can apply to have it listed, or claim a profile that's already in the directory. It's free to submit and every application is reviewed by hand.
You'll be asked to sign in first, then returned to the page you chose.
What to expect
Free to submit
Adding a roastery to Cophi and claiming an existing profile are both free. There is nothing to buy, and placement on Cophi is not for sale.
Reviewed by a person
Applications are assessed manually against the details you provide. We don't publish an outcome you haven't been told about.
Claims come from the roastery
Only the roaster or an authorised representative of that roastery should claim its profile.
Yours to withdraw
You can see your own applications in your account and withdraw a pending one while it remains eligible.
How an application works
Choose add or claim
If your roastery isn't on Cophi yet, apply to add it. If a profile for it already exists in the directory, claim that profile instead of creating a second one.
Tell us what should be public
Roastery name, a short description, your city and state, and your website. A second group of notes stays private to our review team.
We review by hand
Every application is read by a person. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and a claim does not by itself grant ownership of a profile.
Track it privately
Your applications are visible only to you in your account, where you can withdraw one while it's still eligible to be withdrawn.
Adding versus claiming
Start in the roaster directory. If you find your roastery there, open its profile and use the claim link on that page — the form arrives with the public details already filled in, and you can correct anything that's out of date. If it isn't there, apply to add it.
Either way, what you send is an application. It's reviewed by hand, it doesn't guarantee approval, and it doesn't by itself grant ownership of a profile. You'll find your submissions in my applications once you're signed in.
What Cophi does and doesn't do
- Cophi doesn't sell coffee — buy actions lead to the roaster's own website.
- Nothing on Cophi is ranked by payment, and no position in a result is for sale.
- Recommendations describe how a coffee fits a person's stated preferences, not how good it is. Cophi has no ratings or reviews.
- The records currently in the directory are fictional demo data used to build the product, and are labelled as such.
